All the truth about multi level marketing
There are numerous controversies over the legacy of mlm attractions. On the face of it mlm makes a lot of promises for you but whether they are fulfilled is altogether another issue. For example a claim is often made that network marketing can make you a lot of money.
A survey undertaken by Direct Selling Association reveals that on average 58% of the salespeople are in network marketing. About half of the people earn around $50,000 per annum. But there does not seem to be much truth in the claim that most of the milliners are coming out of the networking marketing system only.
Moreover when the network marketing data is collected it stands unfavorably compared to many other business opportunities. For example, Equinox and Amway distributors make much better average income from their respective business.
Another claim that is often made is that MLM is the future and all transactions shall ultimately be made using MLM. The truth however is that less than one percent of retail sales to day are made through MLM and chances are remote that it will ever cross the 10% limits.
MLM operations do not invest much on the advertising and marketing development. Hence they can spend a lot in developing their products. If you follow the mlm leads you will find that the basic advantage of MLM is that products can be sold at comparatively lower prices.
